HR Manage 7
System requirements
What the server and the power users’ computers need to run HR Manage 7, on your own servers or hosted by us. Employees and managers who use the web application need nothing more than a current browser.
Server, if self-hosted

SQL Server Express uses at most one processor socket (up to four cores) and limits each database to 10 GB (50 GB on SQL Server 2025 Express). Organisations that will outgrow that, for example through heavy document storage, should plan for a paid edition or be prepared to manage multiple document databases. We are a Microsoft reseller and can provide pricing for SQL Server Standard if needed.
Power users
Windows application
For the HR administrators and data capturers who install the HR Manage Windows application, usually around 1% of users. It is installed once from a preconfigured setup package and then updates itself, without administrator rights.
